Year’s End Resolutions – And Conflict Prevention

We tend to think of New Year’s Resolutions as forward-looking: commitments to change a habit or trait for the better.

How about Year’s End Resolutions? What has been sitting, oh-so-patiently, on the corner of your real or figurative desk, that needs to be finished up?

Perhaps the estate planning documents that you can’t quite address because you need to talk with those who will be affected by your decisions?

Or maybe that family business succession plan that hasn’t moved forward because the topic is so troubling to you or others?

Doing nothing is an invitation to future conflict.

I am here to help!  Ask me how a facilitated family meeting can resolve these matters and prevent future problems.
